Tori is one of the founding Directors of the business and therefore has both client and business management responsibilities, specialising in research for the Investment Proposition.

She is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Chartered Accountant and has worked in financial services for over 22 years, both in senior management positions as well as advising High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients. She spent the latter part of her career working in the Private Client team at Lloyds Bank Mayfair.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in advising clients across all areas of financial advice but particularly enjoys focusing on investments and cashflow planning which she believes is an essential tool in building a financial plan. Tori thrives on the more technical side of financial advice.

Tori believes that financial advisory service should be built on trust, which can only be built over time. This has been a key driver in the setting up of Officium Private Wealth, whereby continuity of service from a trusted adviser is seen as an essential element.

Independence is paramount to Tori and she believes it is important to continually research the market on behalf of her clients.  Investment strategy, performance and costs can change on a regular basis and therefore, in order to achieve the best results for her clients, Tori believes a whole of market proposition is essential.

Tori believes that a client shouldn’t be forced to use a particular adviser just because they are linked to a particular investment manager.  She is therefore proud to be able to offer the Officium service without necessarily requiring that a client moves an existing investment.

Hobbies and interests

Tori has two teenage daughters and they enjoy spending time walking the family dogs as well as running them at their local dog agility club.  They are all keen horse riders and enjoy riding out in the Mendips where possible.  The family enjoy keeping fit and eating healthily, and sustainability of our environment is an important factor in their lives.

Tori is also a Scout leader and enjoys being outside in the fresh air.   With Tori’s financial qualifications she also helps village clubs on the financial side where needed.
